The Flight21™ Online Curriculum by FlyHome will have you working for 21 days leading up to the day of your flight, to assist you in re-programing your mind, and changing how your body and mind would typically feel prior to a flight. From the comfort of your home computer, you will complete short daily excercises as per the Flight21™ curriculum to minimize your anticipratory anxiety. The Flight21™ program will teach you many different aspects of flight, as well as ways to calm your nerves during the days leading up to your flight.
